With 10+ years of experience helping enterprises drive value with analytics, William has worked in the airline, pharmaceutical, and higher education industries, where he’s built analytical solutions that have generated and saved millions of dollars for organizations. Based in Montréal, William earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management and Data Intelligence at Concordia University and his Master of Management in Analytics from Queen’s University. Outside of work, he loves to travel with his fiancée Melissa and often tries out different airlines and cuisines worldwide.

Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, traveler, and loves to spend time walking up Mount Royal.

Aleks is our Head of Data Solutions and Training. Aleks is a data systems addict, bringing experience in data analytics, data operations, and data infrastructure. Prior to Compass, Aleks worked at Alteryx as a Sales Engineer where he enabled his clients to build company-wide data divisions. Aleks's unique experiences allow him to dive into the weeds as a technical teacher, while also being able to speak high level architecture and business outcomes. Aleks is based in Toronto, ON where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Toronto. When Aleks decides to emerge from behind his monitor, you can find him beach bumming with his girlfriend, and playing a borderline concerning amount of chess (mostly unsuccessfully).

Tyler is a Data Engineer Consultant at Compass Analytics. Tyler's experience stems from the pharmaceutical industry to Compass where he led data migration from on-premise to the AWS cloud. His work resulted in significant cost reductions in maintenance and manual work. He was also responsible for creating new outlier detection logic, maintaining manufacturing process parameters and logic. Tyler has experience working in AWS, Python, R, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4J), JavaScript, PowerBI, QlikSense, and Git. Tyler is based in Toronto, Ontario. He is a 2023 Master of Management Analytics candidate from McGill University. Outside of work, golf is an instrumental part of Tyler's life. He used to play with Team Ontario from 2014 to 2017, and is currently an instructor now for up and coming students.
